We are offering a special for $299, which includes 4 personal training sessions and 1 month of unlimited classes.

During the personal training sessions, we will perform movements seen in class this way you can learn them, understand them, and feel more comfortable!

 

 

So What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program. The goal is to burn body fat and build muscle. Our program is constantly varied meaning the workouts change on a daily basis. This prevents plateauing and keeps the mind craving more. We believe in training functional movements; things that you need for the real world. Expect elements of gymnastics, weightlifting and metabolic conditioning. We work with barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, jump ropes, rowing machines, and our own body weight. It’s up to us to design the WOD (workout of the day) combining any of these elements. The workouts are safe, fun, and effective! Our program is completely scalable so it is suitable for all ages and physical conditions.

Classes are one hour long, structured, and completely run by a coach.

What we actually do

We do CrossFit exactly as stated above. But our true goal is this…

To provide a place that you can forget all the stress in your life for at least one hour a day. We want to give you a place you feel comfortable, confident, happy, and excited to come to. We want you to build relationships with amazing people that have the same interests as you. We want to provide a safe, fun, effective workout that allows you to become stronger, healthier, confident, and able to do all the things in life you love.

Our main goal is to keep your body running as it should so you can play with your kids and grandkids, think more clearly at work, tackle yard work and projects, partake in your hobbies, and make your life outside the gym the best it can be.

Oh yeah, we are going to workout and sweat while we do it. Our number one goal at CrossFit PowerHour…make you leave our gym sweating, smiling, and starving to come back tomorrow!

*We know you may be nervous but we promise there is no reason to be. We are super friendly, inviting and are 100% here for you. Our coaches are trained to scale the workouts for all fitness abilities and prior injuries. Our classes are in a group setting but you will get 1 on 1 attention every time.
