Mission
To provide a place that you can forget all the stress in your life for at least one hour a day. We want to give you a place you feel comfortable, confident, happy, and excited to come to. We want you to build relationships with amazing people that have the same interests as you. We want to provide a safe, fun, effective workout that allows you to become stronger, healthier, confident, and able to do all the things in life you love.
Our main goal is to keep your body running as it should so you can play with your kids and grandkids, think more clearly at work, tackle yard work and projects, partake in your hobbies, and make your life outside the gym the best it can be.
Oh yeah, we are going to workout and sweat while we do it. Our number one goal at CrossFit PowerHour…make you leave our gym sweating, smiling, and starving to come back tomorrow!
*We know you may be nervous but we promise there is no reason to be. We are super friendly, inviting and are 100% here for you. Our coaches are trained to tailor the workouts for all fitness abilities and prior injuries. Our classes are in a group setting but you will get 1 on 1 attention every time.

Our goal is to give you the best hour of your day. Your hour at our gym is your ‘me’ time. Your hour to get away from the stresses of life to focus on yourself. We will laugh, we will sweat, and we will have a great time. Our goal is to help increase your strength, health, and mental clarity to attack those stresses of life to be the best version of yourself!
Fitness for Longevity
What to expect
We take all aspects of fitness, (bodybuilding, weightlifting, gymnastics, cardio) that we believe are effective and combine them into awesome daily workouts. Our workouts change every single day, keeping the mind and body guessing and starving for more. Some days will be longer and sweaty while some days will have more of a focus on strength. No matter what, your entire 60 minute session is led by a coach.
A typical class lead by the coach may look like:
-Warm Up (5-10mins)
-Strength (15 mins)
-WOD (~15 mins)
-Cool Down/Stretch (5 mins)
-Clean/Wipe down all equipment used
