10 light DB push press 
5 jumping pull ups/ring rows 
5 burpee step ups

WOD 

6 RFT-40 min cap 
600m run (each partner runs 200m at a time) 
40 DB push press 950/35 40/20) 
30 pull ups 
20 burpee box jumps (24/20) 

*1 athlete works at a time and this workout is done chipper style, all work split evenly
