Strength & Workout

Strength:
Every 1:15 for 5 Rounds
7 Strict Press

*do the movement, then rest the remaining time of the 1:15 interval.

Workout:
EMOM 12 (6 Rounds)
Min 1: 20 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
Min 2: 15 Burpees

*decrease reps as needed. There should be 15-20 seconds of rest at the end of each interval.
