20 high knees 
10 (total) hamstring scoops 
10 bodyweight good mornings 
-with an empty bar 
3 deadlifts 
3 hang power cleans 
3 shoulder to overhead 
3 back squats 

WOD 

5 UNBROKEN RFT-20 min cap  
10 power cleans 
10 shoulder to overhead 
15 back squats 

-rest 2 mins between rounds 

-athletes should increase weight each round

-For example women- 85-90-95-100-105
-For example men 115-120-125-130-135 

-If you need to break-that round does not count. Lower the weight before attempting again.
