Warm Up

AMRAP 6 |
20 jump ropes
5 push up to down dog 
3 wall walks no hands 
10 body weight good mornings 
5 empty bar RDLs 
10 hip bridges 

Strength 

5x5 DB bench complex

WOD 

2-4-6-8-10 (15 min cap) 
Wall walks (scale-2 wall walks=4 strict DB press/only move feet not hands/reduce the reps)
Deadlifts (185/135 135/95)
Double unders (10x-meaning 20 double unders/40 doubles etc…)
