120 deadlifts (115/75 95/65)
160 front squats (same weight)
120 deadlifts (same weight) 

-Every minute starting at 1:00 5 synchro burpees 

Finisher 

1 min kneeling hip flexor stretch L and R 
1 min cross body stretch L and R
