AMRAP 20
2 Unbroken Double Unders
2 Weighted Step ups
2 Toes to Kettlebell
2 Thrusters
*add 2 reps to all movements each round until the 20 minutes is up.

Notes:
-Jump Rope must be unbroken inside the round. If you fail, start at 0.
-If you have a pull-up bar feel free to change the toes to kettlebell to toes to bar or knees to chest!!

Score = total reps.

Scoring Cheat Sheet:
Left Number: round you completed.
Right Number: total reps completed after finishing that round.
