“Giarc’s Revenge”

EMOM 14+
5 Pushups
6/6 Jumping Lunges
3 Burpees

Notes:
-Complete all 3 movements inside the same minute.
-Leave at least 20 seconds of rest at the end of each minute, adjust reps as needed.
-Feel free to exceed 14 rounds listen to your body but have fun with it!

Score = total reps (20 reps per round)
