Workout

5 Sets
AMRAP 3
5 Bent Over Rows
7 Russian Swings
9 Tuck ups
-rest 1:00 after each 3 minute AMRAP.

*If you have a pull-up bar or rings, feel free to switch the bent over rows to pull-ups or ring rows!

Notes:
-Complete the 5,7,9 for 3 minutes, rest 1 minute then pick up where you left off and continue accumulating rounds. Do five 3 minute AMRAPs.

Score = total rounds+reps
