Background: This workout is dedicated to Lt. Bill DiBlasio who died on August 10, 2019, at the age of 78, from a heart attack while conducting a scene safety activity on a non-fire location.
The workout was designed by a fellow firefighter Lt. Kara Judd @st.florianfitness. It is a part of Line of Duty Death (LODD) honor workouts she is creating for firefighters who died of cardiac causes. Her goal is to raise awareness of cardiac issues in the fire service.
