Strength 

Take 12 mins to find a 1 RM deadlift (building off last week sept 10)

WOD 

4 rounds of: 15 min cap
12 deadlifts (185/155 135/95) 
6 (total) DB lunges (50/35 40/20) 

Then directly into 
200m farmers carry
-every time you break 6 (total) DB lunges (50/35 40/20)
