5 PVC pass throughs
-with an empty bar 
3 deadlifts 
3 hang power cleans 
3 thrusters

WOD 

3 sets of: 25 min cap 
5-4-3-2-1 
Hang power cleans (135/95 95/65)
Thrusters (same weight) 

Then
500m row/run/bike 
3 mins rest between each set 

(so, 5 hang power cleans, 5 thrusters, then 4 hang cleans 4 thrusters…..1 and 1 then 500m row, that equals 1 set)
