WOD 

On a 20 min clock
5 RFT 
15 DB thrusters (40/25 30/15)
10 T2B 

-after completing 5 rounds with the remaining time in the 20 mins complete a max distance run 

(the goal for distance here is most likely between 1500m and 2500m) 

Finisher 

1 min L and R banded hamstring stretch 
1 min L and R banded cross body stretch
