10 (each) calf raises on the wall 
10 (total) hamstring scoops 
10 (total) standing piriformis stretch
10 wall ball thrusters 

WOD 

AMRAP 20-partners 
400m run (together w/ wall ball pass as needed) 
40 wall balls (split evenly, I go you go) (20/14) 
100 double unders (split evenly I go you go)  

Finisher 

50 wall ball sit ups w/ a partner
