Min 1-max slam ball over shoulder (HEAVY)
Min 2-max sled push (1 rep=50’) 45/25
Min 3- shoulder to overhead (40/25 30/15)
Min 4-max renegade rows (40/25 30/15)

Rounds 1 and 2 (:30 on :30 off) 
Rounds 3 and 4 (:40 on :20 off)
Rounds 5 and 6 (full minute)
