10 banded pull aparts 
10 banded pass throughs 
-with an empty bar 
3 deadlifts 
3 hang high pulls 
3 hang power cleans 
3 push jerks 

Strength 

EMOM 10 
3 push jerks (starting at 60% and building) 

WOD 

AMRAP 10 
1 power clean + 1 push jerk (135/95 95/65) 
2 power cleans +2 push jerks
3 power cleans + 3 push jerks 
….continue this on for a long as you can go for 10 mins
